| General | Only trained and authorized personnel are allowed as flaggers. Flaggers shall use a stop/slow paddle. Anyone exposed to vehicular traffic must wear, at a minimum, an ANSI Class II high visibility safety vest. Wear additional protection when exposed to traffic in conditions that make visibility difficult or when exposed to high speeds. Examples include night operations and foggy conditions. |
